The entire concept of the COLO is dependant on good internet connections. Fortunately, the internet has grown to the point that it is a necessity, and providers have made the ability to connect their primary concern. The result is excellent reliability.

But like everything else in the world, sometimes things go wrong. This page is here to help you get connected again.

Important Note! If you lose your connection, your system will be down. Dial-up is your safety net. Set it up NOW! The system works quite well on dial-up, plus you have the added benefit of internet credit card authorizations. Don't get caught with no DSL. Setup Dial-up NOW!
